Is it free?

Yes, automatic digitizing is free. Only manual digitizing by a digitizer is paid.

Which formats are supported?

SVG, PNG and JPG in; DST out. PES and JEF are coming later.

Why is the download locked?

The auto-digitizer checks the result and won't hand over a file it isn't confident in. In that case, manual digitizing is offered.
